Since I’m mostly self-taught I’ve always felt like an illegal immigrant in the land of Art with no visa and even no permission to enter the territory… For me Art is like a journey I was not entitled to and I left unprepared for. But I’ve sneaked in and I stumble and fumble along the way and I enjoy every step of it. It gives me the surprise of new ideas, the joy of mastering a single technique at last, and the freedom to express my unique perspective and when I get lost along the way – the comfort that art is always right and there is no such a thing as wrong art…
I believe each being has the capacity to develop a unique perspective of life and Art provides the space to share it.
