One of the three winners of the international contest for visual arts “Light as inspiration”.

I love to experiment….For my digital artworks, I experiment with different fractals generators, with various colors combinations, in diversity methods, searching for new ways to change and grow my creative life. Frequently the result is an image between imagination and logic…smoothness and texture…purity and mystery…transparency and opacity… and most of all an image full of color and light.

For my paintings, I experiment with different materials and techniques, but I prefer the fluidity of water media. Without thoughts, only feelings, I allow the flow of water and paint on different kind of paper….It is a joy to see the softly blended colors, the subtle hue and value changes….and unpredictable accidents!!! My imagination “recognize” the subject, my hand add a stroke and a shape and the painting begins… allowing suggestions of images in an abstract work. And as the artist Gerhard Richter says: We only find paintings interesting because we always search for something that looks familiar to us. I see something and in my head I compare it and try to find out what it relates to….So each viewer has a unique dialogue with the artwork.

Finally, as the same artist says: …. humanity could be changed by painting….and as I really believe, the world could be better.
